GACE Innovation Crawl

The GACE Innovation Crawl returns on January 22 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, offering an immersive experience for career center and talent acquisition professionals, as well as students. The event gives participants a chance to step inside leading organizations and see how companies approach innovation, talent development, and workforce strategy in real time.

This year’s Innovation Crawl features visits with Cargill and Norfolk Southern. Both employers will offer an inside look at their operations, talent needs, and recruitment practices. Attendees will hear from company representatives, ask questions, and gain a better sense of what it looks like to build and grow a career in these environments.

Participants will move between employer locations, meet with on-site hosts, and take part in conversations that strengthen connections between campuses and industry partners.
Students are welcome to attend and will benefit from direct exposure to employers and a clearer understanding of possible career paths. The event is open to GACE members, with space reserved for students who would like to join.

There is no registration fee for this year’s Innovation Crawl. Parking fee will not be covered.
